Frequently Asked Questions
Do you make the card?
No, we design the "skin" and the digital experience. You send our files to vendors like V1CE, Moo, or Popl for production.
Why do I need a QR code?
Not all phones have NFC enabled by default (especially older models). The QR code is a fail-safe bridge.
What is the "Digital Profile"?
When someone taps your card, a webpage opens. We design that page so it looks like your brand, not a generic template.
Can I change my details later?
Yes. NFC cards usually point to a URL. You update the data on that URL/Platform without re-printing the card.
Do metal cards block NFC?
They can. We design specifically for "Hybrid" metal cards that have plastic cutouts or backs to allow signal transmission.
